Ryan Larsen

Ryan Larsen is Senior International Officer and Executive Director of the Office of Global Engagement at Western Washington University, a public, regional university in Washington state. Ryan holds a Ph.D. in Public Affairs with research focusing on the State Department and international education policy. Ryan studied abroad for an academic year at a university in Costa Rica, he lived in Japan as a child, worked at a university in Spain, and has been an international education professional since 2001.
