Rachael Tampone

​Rachael Tampone is the Director of International Admission & Global Engagement at Merrimack College, where she has worked in international education for over 12 years. She is deeply committed to expanding access to study abroad and ensuring underrepresented students have equitable opportunities to engage globally. At Merrimack, she leads efforts to connect students with CIEE Programs, including the Leading Change in Latin America Student Fellowship, helping them gain confidence, cross-cultural skills, and new perspectives that shape their academic and personal growth. Having visited more than 50 countries herself, Rachael brings both professional expertise and personal passion for the transformative power of international experiences.
