“Can You See My Screen?”: Leveraging the Best of Remote Work Strategies and Muting the Rest
It is no secret the COVID‐19 pandemic has shifted international education in many ways. One of those ways is the embrace and utilization of remote work to continue serving our students, faculty, staff, and institutions while many of us could not physically be in our normal office environment. Whether your team was established to work remotely or was thrust into working from home, we have all had to learn and develop new remote working skills during this time to maintain our missions and collaborate creatively across our institutions and beyond. This session will be practical and engaging for anyone working in the field during this time. Attendees will take away data‐driven strategies to adopt and adapt for their office needs, such as supporting employee mental health, increasing student access to education abroad resources via virtual connections, and build and maintain collaborations across campus and globally.
