Once More with Feeling: Humanizing Technology in the Study Abroad Space
Join us for a look at how technology can contribute to the student experience on an affective level. By understanding technology as a tool for personalized interconnectedness, we can employ it as a central thread through the study abroad experience, enhancing students’ academic, intercultural, and emotional development. In this session, you’ll grapple with the challenges and opportunities relating to technology accessibility in diverse regional contexts, working towards differentiated and/or adapted methods of implementation. We’ll come full circle by incorporating the experiences of study abroad professionals and students.
