Best practices to support the next generation of international educators, and those who manage them
As institutions and organizations emerge from the pandemic, hiring has been a priority. This session presents strategies to advance the professional development of newcomers to the sector, as well as support the veterans who manage them.
The presenters direct the Ping Taylor Professional Fellows Grant, a collaborative effort between CIEE and AIFS that offers funding for education abroad administrators to attend international education conferences. They’ll share additional resources to support staff, demonstrate an activity that managers can use to enhance employee satisfaction, and facilitate a discussion on reimagining conferences.
