Zukile Keswa

Zukile Keswa is a youth development practitioner and Senior Programme Manager at Zlto, with more than 10 years of experience designing and implementing programmes that support young people’s skills development, employability, entrepreneurship and community participation. He holds a BCom in Information Systems from the University of the Western Cape and has completed training in project management.

Zukile’s career in youth development began at IkamvaYouth, where he progressed from learner and volunteer tutor to programme leadership, including coordinating the Makhaza branch. He later served as a Programme Manager at Life Choices, managing the Leaders’ Quest programme focused on leadership and personal development among high-school learners.

At Zlto, he focuses on programme strategy, partnerships, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and creating pathways that connect learning with economic opportunities for young people.
