Xolani Hlongwane is an experienced leader in donor recruitment and data management, with a strong commitment to expanding access to lifesaving stem cell transplantation.

He holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and completed the Management Development Programme at the Stellenbosch Graduate Institute. He is also a graduate of DKMS’s Talent Development Programme.

A people-centred leader, Xolani is passionate about building strong teams, creating organisational stability and fostering collaboration. His leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of DKMS Africa and a commitment to innovation and sustainable growth, ensuring that more patients have the best possible chance of finding a matching stem cell donor.
