Tebello Mkubukeli

Tebello Mkubukeli is a Human Resources professional with a background in Industrial Psychology and a strong interest in people development and organisational growth. She graduated with an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town in 2019.

Tebello has been working at Molo Mhlaba NPC for nearly five years, where she serves as the Human Resources Manager. In this role, she oversees a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, policy development, payroll administration, and organisational processes.

Her experience in the education and non-profit sectors has given her valuable insight into building supportive, accountable, and people-centred workplaces. She is passionate about strengthening organisational systems while creating environments where employees can develop, contribute meaningfully, and thrive.
