Biography
Sebastián Espinosa is the Founder and CEO of Skillnest, one of Latin America’s leading digital skills academies, with over 5,000 graduates in just the past four years. Before launching Skillnest, Sebastián led operations for Coding Dojo in Silicon Valley, California, gaining first-hand experience at the heart of global tech innovation. With more than 15 years of experience as a technology entrepreneur, business development executive, and social innovator across Latin America, Sebastián has consistently built programs and ventures that bridge opportunity gaps through technology and education. He holds a Master of Science from Stanford University, is a graduate of Singularity University (Class of 2013), and earned his Business Engineering degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC). As a thought leader, Sebastián has been a featured speaker at international events including the Singularity University Summit Chile (2019 & 2020) and Protagonistas 2030 by El Mercurio. He is also a Startup Chile winner and was recognized among the “100 Young Leaders” by El Mercurio magazine in 2018, highlighting his impact in technology, education, and entrepreneurship.
