Biography
Ronel Edna Stevens is Programme Director at MOSAIC, where she leads a diverse portfolio of programmes advancing survivor-centred responses to gender-based violence, access to justice, healing, economic strengthening and community-led systems change.
Her work sits at the intersection of programme strategy, organisational leadership and social impact, with a focus on strengthening the systems surrounding survivors- from frontline services and community structures to justice institutions and organisational practice. She is passionate about moving beyond measuring reach and activities toward understanding meaningful outcomes and lasting change.
Ronel is particularly interested in leadership for systems change and how organisations can challenge harmful systems externally while remaining attentive to the cultures and practices they create internally. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration, accountability and reflection, with a deep belief that sustainable change is built with people, creating pathways from surviving violence toward agency, connection, collective power and possibility.
