Meghan went abroad with CIEE in college in 1995 to do a volunteer program for a month in the summer. It was a life changing experience, and within six months of coming home she had decided to become a French teacher. She has been partnering with CIEE for summer study abroad for high school students since 2016. Almost 300 students have gone abroad since then and have earned over $300,000 in scholarships. The CIEE Global Navigator Program has transformed the school community, with many students talk about “when” they will study abroad in high school instead of “if”.
