Kelly Andrade

Kelly Andrade is a doctoral candidate in Higher Education at Rutgers University and the Director of Global @ Douglass at Douglass Residential College. Her work centers on building transformative, equity-focused global learning programs that bridge theory and practice through community engagement, research, and reflection-empowering pedagogies. Andrade designs immersive experiences that encourage students to examine global and local contexts through an intersectional feminist lens, including initiatives such as the Global Leaders program and the Costa Rica and upcoming Puerto Rico experiences.
