Biography
Faeza Khan is a higher education leader, researcher, and student affairs practitioner with over 15 years’ experience spanning student success, wellbeing and institutional transformation. Her work explores how universities can create environments in which students are supported not only to access higher education, but to thrive within it. Her research focuses on social justice, student development and student wellbeing, alongside emerging work on AI-enabled mental health support. She has published and presented nationally and internationally and holds a PhD in Social Work from the University of the Western Cape.
