Dagmar Hoppe is a forward-looking program strategy leader with a strong track record of turning market insights into new opportunities for students and partners. Drawing on her experience as a founder and her background as Marketing Director at a leading international consumer goods company, she develops and implements programs that respond to evolving student expectations, partner needs, and wider industry trends.

Based in Berlin, Germany’s leading startup ecosystem, and having lived and worked in London and Shanghai, Dagmar brings an international and entrepreneurial perspective to her work. At CIEE, she helps ensure the program portfolio remains relevant, competitive, and closely aligned with the challenges and opportunities facing today’s and tomorrow’s students.
