Daniel Bresler

Daniel is a consulting metallurgical and materials engineer at One Eighty Materials Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd (OEMES), holding a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pretoria as well as being a registered engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)

He specialises in root cause failure analysis (RCA), materials characterization, electrochemistry, and industrial testing compliance, while leading operational project scheduling for complex engineering workflows. Combining creative engineering solutions with ISO 17025 laboratory testing and on-site metallographic inspections, Daniel evaluates material performance and structural integrity across the oil and gas, marine, structural, and manufacturing sectors. He is dedicated to delivering rigorous, first-principles engineering solutions and driving operational efficiency across high-level technical projects.
