Jayden Thomas

Jayden Thomas is a junior studying Business Cybersecurity at the University of Alabama. Passionate about global engagement, leadership, and service, he studied and interned abroad in four countries and traveled throughout ten countries during the 2025–2026 academic year, gaining firsthand perspectives on different cultures and communities.

During CIEE Cape Town’s Community Impact Week, Jayden participated in all six community initiatives, with his experience at the Sinovuyo Senior Club leaving the greatest impression. Working alongside community members in the garden and spending time with the club’s elders, he discovered that meaningful impact often begins with shared experiences despite differences and genuine human connection. Jayden continues to advocate for international education, community engagement, and cross-cultural understanding, while striving for personal growth.
