Biography
Parisa Ebrahimbabaie is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Integrated Environmental Science at Bethune-Cookman University, holding a PhD in Environmental Science from Ball State University. Dr. Ebrahimbabaie’s research focuses on water pollution, fate and transport of pollutants, plastic and microplastic contamination, nanoparticles, and phytoremediation, giving her expertise in developing innovative environmental remediation solutions. As an environmental chemistry educator, she emphasizes active learning and hands-on experimentation, equipping the next generation of scientists and engineers with critical thinking and practical skills.
